Do

• Meet in a public, well-lit place for first conversations.
• Bring someone with you when viewing a property or vehicle.
• Use a lawyer or notary for real estate in British Columbia.
• Keep copies of messages and never rush a wire.
• Walk away if the story does not add up.

Don't

• Share a driver's licence, SIN, or banking passwords.
• Wire money, send crypto, or pay “holding fees” to strangers.
• Assume a listing is for sale because it appears on this site.
• Treat example records as real civic addresses or titles.
