bjarnesList is for British Columbia property conversations that are not a hard listing, and for the occasional vehicle. Be direct, be civil, and do not pretend a record is something it is not.

Allowed

• Claiming a listing you actually own, once verification ships.
• Inquiring with a real offer thesis — price, timing, conditions.
• Posting a vehicle you control, located in B.C.

Not allowed

• Scraping or re-posting MLS / realtor.ca / rew.ca inventory.
• Impersonating an owner or a licensee.
• Harassment, hate, or off-platform payment scams.
• Uploading government ID. That flow is out of scope on purpose.

We may remove content and suspend demo accounts that break these rules.
