bjarnesList is a British Columbia directory of properties that are not actively for sale, plus an optional vehicle post for members. This help page covers the v1 demo.
How does bjarnesList work?
Properties appear as unclaimed public-record style listings. An owner can request to claim their place (Yelp/Google-style). Buyers browse, favorite, and inquire. A listing is never a promise to sell.
Is it free?
Yes. Browsing, favoriting, demo sign-in, inquiries, and posting a vehicle are free in this build.
Are these real properties?
The seeded records are clearly labelled example data. They were not imported from realtor.ca, rew.ca, or any MLS. Member-posted vehicles live in your browser until a production backend is connected.
How do I claim a listing?
Open the listing and choose Claim this listing. Owner verification is not live yet — you will see Verification coming soon. We do not collect a driver's licence or SIN.
How do I contact an owner?
Sign in, open a listing, and send an inquiry. If the record is unclaimed, your note is stored as interest rather than a message to a named owner.
How do I post a vehicle?
Sign in and use Post a vehicle. Vehicles are secondary; real estate is the primary category.
