If you own a listing on the board, start owner verification here. You need both a photo ID + selfie (Stripe Identity — we store pass/fail, not the licence) and a property tax notice or title. We never collect a SIN. Local-group outreach and social posts are not part of this step.

  3. 3. Tax notice or title — encrypted upload, reviewed only for ownership.
